Services Available

Our experienced and professional staff, work in close partnership with incredibly dedicated volunteers to offer a warm, friendly, family atmosphere. Members have the opportunity to connect with others, combatting loneliness, celebrating their Jewishness and expressing themselves and their culture, whilst being cared for.

We deliver dementia-friendly activities, adapted so everyone can participate. This makes the timetable varied and interesting, including opportunities to be creative, exercise (such as table tennis and dance), and enjoy music.

We offer a very high level of care for up to 25 people each session. Everyone has their own individual care plan which we develop with them during the referral and assessment process. We support people with all aspects of their care plan including personal care and regularly update them to make sure they stay relevant. Additional support is also available from many of Jewish Care’s other services, such as Meals on Wheels, befriending, virtual groups, social work, and carers support.

There is a real family atmosphere at The Sam Beckman Centre that we are so proud of, and we invite you all to be a part of it.
