Jewish Helpline is here if you are feeling alone, anxious, depressed or suicidal or simply in need of someone to talk to.
They listen without judgement, and all calls are completely confidential. You don’t need to give your name.

Addictions in our families is a weekly anonymous group which enables Jewish families to support each other through addiction. Drugs, alcohol, gambling.

Physical Disability Carers Support Group

A group for carers whose family or friend has a degenerative disease like MS or Parkinsons, had a stroke or is living with a physical disability. Physical and emotional support.

LIVING WITH DEMENTIA
Memory Way Cafés
Memory Way Cafés are regular, in-person gatherings over tea and cake for people who are living with dementia together with their family carers. We offer a welcoming, sociable, hospitable and accepting space. Everyone can share similar experiences, stories and seek support and advice. An engaging activity or speaker is offered for all to enjoy at each session.
Alternatively you can join our online Memory Way Café. You can join using a smart phone, computer, laptop or tablet using Zoom. We can help you to access these meetings.

Singing for Memory
Supporting people living with conditions that affect memory.
A singing session that provides a stimulating and friendly social environment, bringing together people who live with conditions affecting memory and their carers. Singing for Memory is not just an enjoyable activity, it's a way for people to express themselves and socialise in a fun and supportive group. This all helps to build on the preserved memory for song and music.

Singing Together
Join us from the comfort of your own armchair, for live virtual singing sessions! Singing Together is a live, professionally led, friendly and above all fun singing session which run over Zoom. MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS

A Jewish support group for people living with Multiple Sclerosis
JEMS is a friendly, facilitated group in a confidential setting, for people of all ages and their partners, living with MS, so they can share knowledge and experiences to live life as well as possible with this complex disease.
JEMS invites speakers on a wide range of topics including latest developments in research and treatments for MS as well as providing signposting to relevant organisations for further help and advice.
