Jonathan was previously a Trustee and Treasurer of Jewish Care, a former Chair of Jewish Care’s Audit and Risk Committee and a former member of both its Investment Expert Group and Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
Jonathan is an executive coach working primarily with senior executives on decision making, negotiation and organisational intelligence. He has over 25 years of experience in financial services which has included investment banking (global head of a structuring business), fund management (running his own fund) and fin tech (both as chair and investor).
He has a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience in the broader charity sector and Jewish community, and sat on the boards and committees of various organisations, including the Rosetrees Trust, London Jewish Forum and Highgate Synagogue. He also volunteered at North London Hospice.
In addition to many professional qualifications, Jonathan holds a degree in history from St John’s College, Cambridge and recently went back and took an MPhil in Early Modern History there.
Alongside his professional and voluntary experience, Jonathan has a wide range of interests including running, travelling, gardening, collecting art, theatre, and modern dance (watching not performing!).
